Order fulfillment
No order goes into production without full advance payment customer. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be completed prior to shipment.

A shipping, handling and insurance fee of €25 is added to all shipments. Domestic as well as international. All orders are shipped and insured via Mikropakket in The Netherlands, via UPS for international orders.
International customers are responsible for incurring any customs/duties fees. This cost is determined by each country’s customs. Orders shipped outside The Netherlands may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Our sales are final, as all our pieces are made to order. Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report missing or damaged items. All shipping charges are non-refundable. For return request please contact Kerstin Lodder directly via 0031 623 860362.

If you would like to cancel an order you must email us at within 24 hours of when you place your order. All pieces are made to order, once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled.

All orders include 21% VAT according to Dutch Law.

Repair Policy
We will repair any jewelry purchased. Items purchased through other retailers, galleries, must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.
